Our Dish Installations
Welcome to Montreal Satellite Pro! . The following information outlines the benefits of our services and provides complete details of what is included in our installation or repair.
Basic Satellite Dish Installation:
Up to 20 inches (Bell and Shaw Direct) - 120$ flat rate.
Between 21 and 32 inches (Dish Network, Direct TV, TFA) - 150$ flat rate
Additional charges (add-ons)
Service call or system upgrade - starting from 70$
Custom Satellite Dish and Over the Air Antenna installation
Customization requested by customer for any basic satellite dish or over the air antenna installation -75$/hr
We do ONLY INSTALLATION. WE don't provide any channels or support the use of third party software!
Basic Satellite Dish Installation:
Up to 20 inches (Bell and Shaw Direct) - 120$ flat rate.
Between 21 and 32 inches (Dish Network, Direct TV, TFA) - 150$ flat rate
- Initial customer contact by installer confirming the installation date and time
- Dish assembly and mounting to your home
- Placement and connection of hardware from Dish/LNB to one receiver (One RG6 line up to 60 feet)
- Placement of ground attachment (if possible)
- Testing of entire customer drop for continuity, including measuring and recording signal levels
- Demonstration of receiver operation to customer
- Sealing of all entry holes
Additional charges (add-ons)
- Fishing wire trough the walls (75$/hr)
- Additional connections from a receiver to other TVs (50$)
- Specialized, non-basic dish installations (e.g., pole mounts, multi-storey installations, buried cable, removal of signal obstructions, etc.) (75$/hr)
- Installation of proper wall plates Costs over and above a basic-installation (15$)
- Additional lines (50$/each must be done with the initial installation)
- If your installation requires a ladder over 28 feet, we can provide a bigger one (40 feet) but an additional charge of 150$ will be applied
- If you live further then 20km from our office (H9B 2H1) additional charges of 1$/Km will apply (check the map bellow)
Service call or system upgrade - starting from 70$
- Includes truck-roll up to 20km and labor up to 1 hour
- If your repair requires a ladder over 28 feet, we can provide a bigger one (40 feet) but an additional charge of 150$ will be applied
- Cost of defective or upgraded parts (switch, LNBF, ect...)
- Labor over 1 hour (50$/hour billed every 15 minutes)
- If you live further then 20km from our office (H9B 2H1) additional charges of 1$/Km will apply (check map bellow)
